Agreement on the Transfer of Rights to Video Content

1. General terms and conditions for submitting videos

By uploading your video to Raz Skincare, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Reward for submitting videos

a. The videos selected for use by Raz Skincare will be rewarded with a gift card worth DKK 1,000 to be used at Raz Skincare.

b. Videos that meet all requirements but are not used will receive a 50% discount code for use with Raz Skincare.

c. Videos that do not meet our requirements will not receive any reward. However, we will attempt to contact you to help you correct the video so that it can receive a reward as described in point a or b.

3. Transfer of rights

By submitting your video, you relinquish all rights to the video and its content. These rights are fully transferred to Raz Skincare. This includes, but is not limited to:

a. Ownership and copyright of the video and all materials in the video.

b. The right to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute the video, or parts of the video, according to Raz Skincare's wishes.

c. The right to use the video, excerpts from the video, or individual elements from the video in advertising and marketing materials on social media or other platforms that Raz Skincare deems appropriate.

4. Consent to Use

By uploading your video, you consent to Raz Skincare using your video in accordance with the terms and conditions above. You acknowledge that you have no further claims against Raz Skincare in connection with the use of the video.

5. Contact and Correction

If your video does not meet our requirements, we will contact you with suggestions for corrections so that you can qualify for a reward according to point 2.
