Acne can be treated by using Mdh morning and evening in your routine – either after cleansing or after your face oil/face cream. You can increase the effectiveness of Mdh by putting a drop directly on the impurity and letting it sit. You will be able to experience a stinging sensation as the effect increases just as quietly.

For oily skin, Mdh is applied as the last step after face oil/face cream. It is also the last product before possibly makeup. Put 3-4 drops on the fingertips and apply a thin layer all over the face.

With rosacea, it is important that you are careful - but try adding a few drops to your day cream, or apply Mdh in a thin layer mixed with water on the skin after gentle cleansing (e.g. with Cleansing Mask). Remember to feel for it, as your skin will probably say yes or no. Use it if necessary. only in the evening.

If you are new to Mdh, test the product on a small area first. It is a very powerful product, and not everyone can tolerate using it in large quantities. If you feel that you are turning red, I would recommend that you only use Mdh directly on your challenges. Or maybe start by only using it in the evening.
