The Hand Eczema Package is put together for dry, cracked hands and hand eczema – for hands that split at the fingertips, sting when washed, and worsen in cold weather.
Three products that together provide a simple day and night routine: Ai for irritated areas, Hand Cream 1723 during the day, and Repair Salve as rich, protective care at night.

Expect softer and more supple hands with less tightness and roughness – and a skin barrier given the calm it needs to recover, even when your hands are in use all day long.

When hands crack, it is a sign that the skin barrier has been stressed – by water, soap, cold, gloves, or contact allergy. The skin loses more water, becomes hard and less elastic, and cracks when you bend your fingers.

Therefore, the pack is built around three functions:

Ai – care for irritated skin
Ai contains mineral-rich seawater extract, organic glycerin, purple willow extract, and lactic acid. Glycerin binds moisture in the skin's outer layers, and Ai is used as the first step on areas that itch, flake, or are irritated.

Hand Cream 1723 – moisture throughout the day
A light, fast-absorbing cream with moisture-binding glycerin and Sodium PCA, softening Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides, as well as ectoin and panthenol. It is designed to be used after every hand wash – without leaving greasy fingers.

Repair Salve – protection at night
An anhydrous salve with lanolin, shea butter, cocoa butter, olive oil, safflower oil, and beeswax. It forms a protective layer on the skin, limits water loss, and softens hard, rough skin – especially at night under a pair of cotton gloves.
