This package is for you if you suffer from eczema, atopic dermatitis, or infant eczema. Do you want to read more about how and in what order the products should be used? Then click on the "application" tab below.

Do you suffer from eczema on the scalp? Then please take a look at this package instead.

What is eczema? Do I have atopic eczema? How do you treat atopic eczema in a baby? How do you treat eczema on the face? Eczema on the hands? Eczema on the eyelid? Eczema on the elbows? Eczema around the mouth?

The above are just a few of the many questions I receive about eczema. Therefore, I have compiled my knowledge about eczema in a guide: Learn much more about eczema/atopic eczema/infant eczema here.

Morning routine - order and use
1. Ai
Dab it on and let it dry. It will sting as long as the skin is open, but the minerals will help you a lot. If you are treating a child, it may be a good idea to dilute Ai halfway with water so that it doesn't sting too much.

Optionally use Calm Face Cream if your eczema is on your face. It is a soothing cream that will nourish and reduce redness.

Evening routine - order and use
1. Ai
Dab it on and let it dry. If you are treating a child, it may be a good idea to dilute Ai halfway with water so that it doesn't sting too much.

2. Repair Salve & Vitamin E
Apply Repair Salve. If the skin is directly open and weeping, I recommend mixing a few drops of Vitamin E into your Repair Salve to increase regeneration and prevent scar tissue.
