Meditation, bio-feedback, hypnosis and visualization are all things that have scientific documentation to relieve and create better balance in body and brain. Through images and by repeating things to yourself, you send the message to the body via the mind, which it reacts to as if it were the pure and stark reality. You only need to say the things inside your head, but it is important to concentrate and at the same time breathe calmly.

Try to put yourself in a quiet and relaxed place, close your eyes, and then begin your programming. Become aware of your breathing: Take three deep, calm breaths and note both the inhales and exhales. Every time you breathe out, you imagine that everything that bothers you or is an obstacle for you disappears with it.

  3. Send calming messages to your body, e.g. "All the tension in my stomach disappears" or "My heart, you beat calmly and pleasantly".
  4. Balance and lovely sensations: Imagine the sun inside your stomach, and feel how it warms you up from the inside. Say to yourself: "My body, you feel nice and warm" if you need to concentrate then say: "My head and brain, you feel light, light and pleasantly cool"
  5. End the programming by stretching and saying: "I am fresh and full of energy and will smile more today than yesterday".
